DLi offers the RAY-65S LED and Fiber Optics Modules (OM) designed to interface with the DLP6500 .65″ VIS 1080p DMD format of the DLP® LightCrafter™ 6500 which includes the DLi6500 Development Kits. These ready to use optics modules include compact illumination and projection components that enable DLP® users to visualize the output of the DMD micromirror array instantly.

The RAY-65S optics modules interface directly to the DLP6500FYE .65″ 1080p Type-S DMD mount. All modules use a reliable mechanical mounting concept that guarantees precise and repeatable assembly. This gives users the flexibility to integrate their DLP® set up with optics tables, lab instruments and a variety of end use product designs.

DLi offers the following optics modules for the DLP® LightCrafter™ 6500 platform:

• RAY-65S Fiber Optics Bundle
• RAY-65S LED Optics Bundle (Red)
• RAY-65S LED Optics Bundle (Green)
• RAY-65S LED Optics Bundle (Blue)

The DLiDriver 1000 20A LED driver board communicates seamlessly with the LED controls on DLi6500 Development Kits and supports pattern rates of up to 1000 frames per second. The capability of DLiDriver 1000 was recognized by TI, where it was used for qualification testing on the DLP LightCrafter™ 6500/9000 firmware and software bundle. The DLiDriver 1000 operates up to 20A from a 12V DC power supply. Auxiliary connectors for external fans and for LED current measurement are also provided.
